Trucksmart is a truck accessory store with locations in Rocklin and Auburn, California. The company offers a wide selection of products designed to improve the appearance, functionality, comfort, and performance of trucks and other vehicles.
In addition to selling truck accessories, Trucksmart provides professional installation services, giving customers a convenient place to select their products and have them properly installed.
Trucksmart is also Grateful Design Services’ longest-standing client. Our working relationship began more than 25 years ago, and we have continued to support the company as its business and online needs have evolved.
The Challenge
Over the past 25 years, technology and the way customers research truck accessories have changed considerably. Trucksmart’s website needed to evolve along with those changes.
This project marked the third complete redesign of the Trucksmart website. The goal was to create a more modern, mobile-friendly online presence while preserving the straightforward style and established identity longtime customers recognize.
The website also needed to clearly communicate that Trucksmart is more than an accessory retailer. Customers can visit either location to explore products, receive knowledgeable assistance, and arrange for professional installation.

We created an updated WordPress website with a bold, professional design that appeals to truck owners and keeps Trucksmart’s products and services at the center of the experience.
The homepage immediately introduces visitors to the company, its two locations, its range of truck accessories, and its installation capabilities. Large product photography, concise content, and clear navigation make it easy for customers to explore what Trucksmart offers.
